  • Don’t Catch Swine Flu During Thanksgiving

It is finally the day after Thanksgiving and you are ready to go shopping. You have received your ads and have marked and made lists and are all equipped to a full morning of shopping and finding offers. It is time for any self described shopper to flex their purses.

Unfortunately, you have had the H1N1 virus for a week but you feel a bit better currently. These prices only come around once a year and there is no one else in your family who can really go in your place.

Now consider that you’re the one who is hale and hearty. In the same scenario, would you position a loved one in the situation of potentially becoming sick with the swine flu just so you can get great deals at the Day After Thanksgiving sales?

We all understand the reductions appear only once a year, while there are certain to be some huge prices both before and after thanksgiving this year as big box stores do all they can to squeeze as much revenue as they can out of the conventional shopping period. But are these discounts really worth it to risk contracting what might turn out to be a deadly illness for hundreds of Americans?

Just like any disease some families are more at danger than others, if you have a young family or possibly you look after old parents, then your black friday extravaganza could be placing their lives at risk. If you are reading this and just think you will wear a mask, well they have only proved to be effective for around half an hour. So unless you are heading out to the shops with Wonder Woman you are certain to be out for considerably longer than half hour.

Don’t worry all is not lost! You clearly have access to a computer (or you couldn’t read this) so why not take part in the cyber shopping trend that is on the rise every year?

This years black Friday sales are probably to be a little different from other years. The usual day after thanksgiving sales include large things, this years sales will include many smaller less costly things.
